Shipping and Returns
For a limited time, shipping is free in the continental US. Contact us for international shipping rates.
Delivery times vary, but most items will arrive within 10 business days or sooner of when you place your order. Items that require a longer delivery time will have the estimated days in the product description. Sometimes, items are delayed beyond our control during delivery once they leave us. Please understand that we will do everything we can to get your item to you as quickly as we can.
The Lil Magnolia strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line order, you may return it for a refund, or exchange within 7 days from the date received by contacting us at email@example.com. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
